Refund policy

To align with our environmentally mindful philosophy, we will not be allowing returns of physical products.  

Damages and issues (Contact us within 14 days) - No Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue to make it right. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the cards, we cannot allow exchanges for the same product. Therefore, in-store credit or a refund is the best option.

Exceptions 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item. If the correct item is no longer in stock, we will gladly offer a refund or in-store credit (your choice).

Refunds/In-Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received your inquiry and let you know how we will proceed. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are requesting in-store credit in lieu of a refund, we will be in touch to discuss the next steps of that process.
